Daltile Again Holding Student Design Contest

Dallas, TX, Aug. 31, 2012 -- Daltile will hold the second annual Daltile Interior Design Scholarship, presented by the ASID Foundation.

The scholarship is being offered to students studying interior design and will be determined through a design competition.

However, the program will have a new format and new challenges and criteria that will allow the rising stars of interior design succeed.

Students will compete for over $25,000 in scholarships, with the grand prize winner receiving a $10,000 scholarship.

This year’s challenge, Daltile said, is to design a bathroom that addresses the needs of multi-generational users and exhibits excellence in design and creativity.

Designs can span commercial or residential interior design, and can focus on any category of design.

The competition will be hosted on Daltile’s Facebook page.

The contest runs Sept. 1 through Oct. 28.
