DFS Flooring Acquires M&M Floor Covering

Los Angeles, CA, Jan. 13, 2015 – DFS Flooring said it has acquired the assets of M&M Floor Covering Inc., a privately-owned commercial flooring company located in Gardena, Calif.

M&M has been in operation for over 40 years.

The acquisition will help increase DFS Flooring’s market share in the greater Los Angeles area.

Both companies are members of the Starnet Worldwide Commercial Flooring Partnership.

DFS said it plans to continue to service M&M’s clients under a larger infrastructure.
