Crossville Names Winners of Common Thread Scarf Design Contest

Crossville, TN, August 5, 2016—Crossville has announced the winners of the 2016 The Common Thread for the Cure scarf design contest: Judge’s Choice—Love’s Alchemy by Kerry Steele of Charleston, South Carolina and People’s Choice—Yin & Yang by Beatriz Lopez of Chicago, Illinois.

The Common Thread for the Cure scarf design contest is a biennial competition held in support of the nonprofit organization that provides practical support for members of the furnishings and interior design industries facing the challenges of breast cancer.

Both of the winning designs are being produced as scarves that will be available through Crossville distributors in early September, in anticipation of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

Since 2007, Crossville has donated more than $75,000 to The Common Thread for the Cure.
