Carpet One Gives Annual Awards

Manchester, NH, Jan. 18, 2013 -- Carpet One Floor & Home announced the recipients of its company-wide awards at the Winter Convention in Orlando.

ALAN GREENBERG AWARD
John Taylor, Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home (five stores). The award is based on overall participation in Carpet One programs.

THE WALLY HILEMAN AWARD
Carolyn Manhatton, Excelsior Paint & Design Center Carpet One Floor & Home. Wally Hileman was Carpet One Floor & Home's first vice president of membership. The award recognizes a member who has been in Carpet One for no more than 2-3 years and has shown an outstanding commitment to the co-op.

THE EILEEN SHAPIRO AWARD
Scott Wheeler, Chief Operating Officer. This award, previously called the MVP award, was named after Eileen Shapiro, Carpet One Floor & Home's vice president of operations, after she won the MVP award several years in a row.
