Bio-Glass Wins German Design Award

Miami, FL, Jan. 8, 2014 -- Coverings ETC's Bio-Glass in "Topaz Blue" designed by Ofer Mizrahi was named the Interior Innovation Award-Winner 2014 by the German Design Council.

Launched in 2002 by IMM Cologne, the annual award recognizes outstanding design in the home furnishings industry.

Bio-Glass received the award in the Wall, Floor, Ceiling products category.

All of the Bio-Glass colors are made from 100% post consumer recycled glass, the company said. No colorants, epoxies or resins are added during the manufacturing process.

As the winner, Bio-Glass in Topaz Blue will be presented at the upcoming IMM Cologne - International Furnishings Show Jan. 13-19.
