Beaulieu Call Center Unaffected by Weather

Dalton, GA, Feb. 27, 2014 -– The Beaulieu America call center remained operational through all the recent severe winter weather in North Georgia, even as many employees had to stay home.

The company said it invested in voice over internet protocol telephone technology and spent three years of practicing a disaster/recovery plan.

The technology gave customer representatives remote access from home, with no loss of call monitoring or voice quality, Beaulieu said.
