Beaulieu America Hires Kirk J. Williams as Director of Training

Dalton, GA, August 25, 2015—Kirk J. Williams has joined Beaulieu America as director of training and leadership development, effective immediately.

He will be based at the company’s Dalton, Georgia, location.

Williams comes to Beaulieu America most recently from Southwestern Consulting where he was a sales coach and small business consultant. Prior to that, he was general manager/sales manager of Fastfill Systems, LLC and director of national training and development for Mohawk Industries, Inc.

Working with a team of learning experts, Mr. Williams developed award winning e-learning courses that won Best of Show out of 3,000 entries from 20 countries. He lead a training team that ranked #64 the first year, improved to #19 the second year and recently ranked #9 in Training Magazine’s list of Top 125 Training Companies.
