Armstrong Prominent in Starnet Design Awards

Lancaster, PA, April 28, 2014 -- Armstrong Commercial Flooring was specified in 40 of the 146 flooring projects submitted in this year'’s 2014 Starnet Design Awards for commercial spaces.

Projects using Armstrong flooring won several awards.

Children'’s Hospital of Orange County captured Gold in the People's Choice and Silver for Unique Installation Challenge. The flooring renovation for CHOC was designed by FKP Architects of Houston, TX and installed by Starnet Member Universal Metro of Santa Fe, CA.

Armstrong flooring products were used to create a series of six colorful floor murals.
 
Armstrong Commercial Flooring was also featured in the following award-winning designs:

Salve Regina Miley Hall Renovations, Newport, RI. – Starnet Member, Ruggieri Brothers won Bronze in the Unique Installation Challenge.

Jacobs Engineering Group Dallas and Ft. Worth Offices,– Silver winner in the Environmental Achievement category with Carpet Services, Inc.
