Armstrong Linoleum Gets BioPreferred Label

Lancaster, PA, June 27, 2012 -- Armstrong linoleum sheet flooring products have been awarded the U.S. Department of Agriculture's certified biobased product label through the department's BioPreferred program, indicating a biobased content of 100%.

USDA defines biobased products as goods composed in whole or in significant part of agricultural, forestry or marine materials.

Armstrong’s linoleum contains 100% biobased content by weight per ASTM test, Armstrong said.
