AIA Billings Index Up Again in February

Washington, DC, March 19, 2014 -- American Institute of Architects' Architecture Billings Index showed slight growth again in February.

The index rose from 50.4 in January to 50.7 in February, the second consecutive month of growth.

Any score above 50 indicates an increase in billings.

The new projects inquiry index was 56.8, down from a score of 58.5 from January.

Commercial/Industrial rose to 51.9 from 50.9 in January.
 
Multi-family Residential increased to 52.5, up from 51.8.
 
Institutional billings were at 49.6, up from 46.5.
